The contribution shall be adjusted annually by the PERS board to <br /> reflect any change to the medical care component of the Consumer Price Index <br /> and shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. <br /> 22.1.3 For workers who have ten (10),years of service and retire under the retirement <br /> plan provided by Redwood City, the City shall contribute on behalf of the retiree <br /> only (no dependents), an amount toward the health plans equal to the premium <br /> paid for an active worker, for the same plan. <br /> 22.1.4 In the event there are any costs not charged to the City due to delays by PERS <br /> and/or other administrative agencies in calculating or reporting these costs, said <br /> costs shall be carried over and charged as administrative costs to the following <br /> plan year and deducted from the aforementioned monthly dollar caps <br /> accordingly. <br /> 22.1.5 The City shall °^�;^�rmaintain in accordance with Section 125 of the IRS Code <br /> a Cafeteria Plan, for the purpose of orovidinq emplovees with access to various <br /> health and welfare benefits. Benefits available throuah the Cafeteria Plan <br /> include, but are not limited to: <br /> A. Group Health Plan Medical �slnsurance <br /> B. Flexible Spendinq Account for Dependent Care <br /> C.
