6. 1. B. - Page 5 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall perform the following additional services: <br />1. Finalize the interim precise plan policies and requirements for <br />circulation/ traffic based on the revised draft EIR. <br />2. Finalize plan implementation, phasing and mitigation monitoring <br />policies. <br />3. Prepare public distribution drafts (2) of the Precise Plan. <br />4. Attend public hearings and prepare final Precise Plan revisions. <br />For such additional work, City shall pay Consultant an additional fee, not to <br />exceed the sum of Nineteen Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy -Four Dollars <br />($19,274.00) based on the hourly rates set forth in the Contract, for a total <br />Contract fee, not to exceed the sum of One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand, <br />Forty Eight Dollars ($147,048.00). <br />3 <br />
