B. - Page 6 <br />August 30, 2011 <br />Maureen Riordan, Senior Planner <br />Community Development Services <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road, PO Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />RE: Stanford Administrative Office Campus Precise Plan - Amendment to Urban Design <br />and Planning Services ( #4) <br />Dear Ms. Riordan, <br />Our work with the Stanford team and City staff and has involved more plan revisions and <br />refinements than we had budgeted for, and we are about at the limit of our current work order. <br />Work that remains to be completed includes: <br />- Finalize interim precise plan policies and requirements for circulation/traffic based on the <br />revised draft EIR. <br />- Finalize plan implementation, phasing, and monitoring policies. <br />- Prepare public distribution drafts (2) of the Precise Plan. <br />- Attend public hearings and prepare final Precise Plan revisions. <br />The total for these services is estimated at $19,274. We respectfully request that our current <br />project work order total amount be increased from $127,774 to $147,048.
