,.�. . . <br /> claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney fees arising out of the <br /> performance of its obligations, caused in whole or in part by the willful misconduct or any <br /> negligent act or omission of the CITY, any subcontractor, anyone directly or indirectly <br /> employed by any of them or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, except where <br /> caused by the active negligence, sote negligence, or willFul misconduct of LIBRE. <br /> The LIBRE and the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County will defend, indemnify and hold <br /> harmless the CI1'Y and its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against all <br /> claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney fees arising out of the <br /> performance of its obligations, caused in whole or in part by the willful misconduct or any <br /> negligent act or omission of LIBRE or the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County, any <br /> subcontractor, anyone directly or indirecdy employed by any of them or anyone for whose <br /> acts any of them may be liable, except where caused by the active negligence, sole <br /> negligence, or willful misconduct of the CITY. <br /> ARTICLE VI <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> LIBRE will pay the C11'Y $18,000.00 for the services set forth above.
