TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM APPLICANT <br /> Our scope and schedule are based on the assumption that we will receive the project details listed <br /> below concurrent with the Notice to Proceed. Delays in receiving any of the information listed <br /> below will result in day for day delays to the overall project schedule. <br /> Proiect Details <br /> • Project description, including operation schedule, exterior improvements, and <br /> demolition/construction phasing. <br /> • Site plan which includes building footprints, parking spaces, and vehicle circulation. <br /> • Squaze footage of previous and impervious surfaces pre- and post-construction. <br /> • Existing and projected annual water use <br /> • Stortnwater Quality Control Plan (construction and post-construction) <br /> COST ESTIMATE ' <br /> An estimated breakdown of the IS cost is provided below. Please note that the cost estimate shown <br /> below is a not-to-exceed amount for all tasks combined. DJP&A will complete the environmental <br /> review for the not-to-exceed total cost below. Within this not-to-exceed total, actual amounts spent <br /> on individual tasks may be more or less than the estimates. <br /> We anticipate that the cost to complete the IS would not exceed $33,155. Our work would be billed <br /> on a time and materials basis, in accordance with the attached fee schedule. If we do not need all the <br /> time that has been budgeted, we will only bill you for the time that we have actually spent <br /> completing the work. DJP&A can commit to <br /> maintaining the schedule in the azeas that are within our control. Delays in receiving requested <br /> information or responses by others will result in at least day-for-day delays in the overall schedule. <br /> This schedule assumes only one Administrative Draft IS and one Screencheck IS. <br />
