Azusa site features Account History, Payment History, the ability to link multiple accounts, <br /> and a comprehensive AutoPay enrollment option. Customers logging into Azusa's site are <br /> able to manage their AutoPay and paperless options for multiple accounts without needing to <br /> involve Azusa's customer service departments. If customers do have a question, they may <br /> access the Customer Service page available on the site 24/7/365. Inquiries on this page are <br /> directed to Azusa's Customer Service department for response, freeing up phone lines and <br /> lowering call volume. Azusa Light and Water uses EPX as their back-end payment processor <br /> for ACH and credit card payments. More information about EPX is provided later in this <br /> response. <br /> The City of San Bruno has been an InfoSend Client since 2006. San Bruno was previously <br /> a DataProse client, but decided to switch to InfoSend because they were dissatisfied with the <br /> competitor's service and quality of statements. San Bruno has a volume of approximately <br /> 61,000 statements a year. After two years of using InfoSend for only Print & Mail, The City of <br /> San Bruno decided to implement EBPP, and went live with the site in 2008. San Bruno's <br /> EBPP site enables City customers to view bills and inserts online and makes payments via <br /> ACH or credit card. San Bruno's EBPP customers have access to 18 months of statement <br /> history that they are able to easily view by logging on to the site. InfoSend's San Bruno <br /> EBPP portal matches the look and feel of The City of San Bruno's website providing <br /> continuity for City customers. <br /> Helix Water District has been utilizing InfoSend for BiIlPrint and Mail service since 2007, <br /> with the addition of the EBPP application in 2009. Helix Water District processes more than <br /> 50,000 billing statements per month for printing and electronic presentment. The Water <br /> District provides its customers multiple payment options, including one-time payments and <br /> AutoPay through our Online BiIIPay product, in addition to InfoSend's Online ePay service. <br /> Helix uses InfoSend's payment pages for ACH payments including AutoPay accounts, and <br /> uses a convenience fee model for its credit card payments. In addition, customers logging <br /> into Helix's Online BiIIPay site are able to access and Account Overview and view historical <br /> statements. Helix Water DistricYs EBPP site also features InfoSend's standard Customer <br /> Support request page available to its customers 24/7/365. <br /> II <br />
