Since the City of Redwood City is an existing InfoSend BiIlPrint and Mail client, <br /> you should be assured of a very efficient implementation process for the EBPP setup. <br /> InfoSend has a comprehensive knowledge of the City's billing data, and does not require <br /> changes in the format or additional information in order to transition the City to our EBPP <br /> offering. <br /> InfoSend does not simply mail out bills and present them online to enable payments. We <br /> tailor both services to suit client needs in a way that makes us an extension of both your <br /> finance and customer service departments. Our clients often rely on us to build solutions that <br /> their own systems may not support. By using our platform you can create a unified look and <br /> feel for both your print and electronic bills. By using InfoSend's platform you can manage all <br /> data using online account management tools and use our bill design expertise to accomplish <br /> a unified look and feel for all your billing documents. Below is an overview of the standard <br /> features available with InfoSend's EBPP service. An overview of each of the features is <br /> provided, with additional specific information addressed in the Scope of Work section of this <br /> RFP response. <br /> eBilling and ePayment Service: Standard Features <br /> Customer Self Enrollment <br /> � � No need to collect or maintain customer email addresses. Customers start <br /> the enrollment process using their account number and one other validation <br /> field. They enter a current email address and confirm it by receiving an email and clicking on <br /> a link inside that message. <br /> Branding of Web Portal <br /> InfoSend's clean, basic and modern Online Bill Pay Portal will be <br /> o ¢ jAy customized with your logo and banner at the top to personalize the <br /> � �� - �,x-- branding. In addition to the logo and banner, any insert <br /> m� communications will be hosted on the site and available for the <br /> customer to view.
