InfoSend's base EBPP product will handle the <br /> requirements in the regular section listed above plus some future requirements today as <br /> listed. InfoSend can enable a convenience fee model of payment processing through our <br /> payment partner Paymentus, enable a pure absorbed payment processing fee model through <br /> our payment partner EPX, or present a hybrid solution of convenience fee for credit card and <br /> an absorbed model for ACH payments. This latter model is the InfoSend recommended <br /> model for the City to maximize adoption of EBPP, maximize paper and postage turnoff, and <br /> deliver the best benefit package from EBPP to both the City and its' customers. <br /> 26 <br />
