We currently have approximately <br /> 90 utility clients who either use the BiIlPrint and Mail Service, eBilling, or both. The client later went out to bid again for this service plus EBPP. <br /> InfoSend was able to retain the print and mail business and gain the EBPP business as well. <br /> InfoSend provides full EBPP with ACH only as the client has a separate payment portal (and <br /> processor) for credit card payments that charges a convenience fee to the customer instead of <br /> charging Azusa Light & Water for the credit card fees. Please let us know if you are interested <br /> in this model as our processors can now support it. <br /> InfoSend prints and mails approximately 400,000 bills/notices per year for Azusa Light & <br /> Water. The Client has experienced good adoption rates with EBPP, especially for new <br /> customers who often sign up immediately and enable AutoPay. Morgan Hill implemented BiIlPrint and Mail services first, and then launched EBPP <br /> with InfoSend in 2009. The City exports utility billing information from a Tyler Technologies <br /> Incode s stem, which InfoSend then rocesses, rints, and resents online for a ment. <br /> 30 <br />
