BE IT RESOLVED�BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Windsor Gardens, Unit No. 1, Subdivision, in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Frank X. Connelly, Civil Engineer, for i,eo Development Company, a California corporation, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on December 28, 1965, is hereby approved, and all offers of land for public use therein made on said map are hereby accepted subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owners � of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of said.subdivision shall enter into and execute an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the said owners or subdividers on that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Windsor Gardens, Unit No. 1, Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City and the acceptanca by the City of the dedication of lands for public use therein contained, shall agree to construct and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, all improvements required of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of the City of Redwood City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in plans and specifications to be submitted to and subject `� �e1 a ' .a
