That said owners or subdividers sliall,,before the release of said final map to owners of record and as a cohdition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a qood and sufficient bond in form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said bond to be Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), and also a qood and sufficient bond in form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said bond to be Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00). 3. That said owners or subdividers shall, before the release of said final map to owners of record and as a condition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above mentioned agreement entitled Agreement for the Improvement of Windsor Gardens, Unit No. 1, Subdivision," on Pile in the office of the City Clerk. AND BE IT FURTFIER RESOLVED: That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Windsor Gardens, Unit No. 1, Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * *
