<br /> and water lealcs in the P��oject. All fees for the use af any cable television system shall be barne
<br /> by the respective Owners, and not by the Associatian.

<br /> upon any area witl�in the Project, ot��r than on a temporary basis and provided it is parlced
<br /> within an enelosed garage. Commercial �ehicles shall not include sedans (or standard�size vans
<br /> or pickup trucics) which are used bot11 for business and pez•sonal t�se, provided that any signs or
<br /> marldngs of a commercial nature an such vehicle shall be unobtrusive and inoffe�si�e. Na naisy
<br /> or srno�cy vehicles shall be operated on the Propet�ty. No �nlicensed �notor vehicles shaIl be
<br /> op�rated o�• parl�ed on the P�•operty. The occupants of a Lot shall not have �r�ore than two (2)
<br /> vehic�es on fihe Project at any one tirne. For this p�xrpose, "vahicle" sha11 include: car,
<br /> motorcycle, tt���cic, van, jeep, trailer, camper, mobile home, boat, recreational vehicle, and
<br /> inoperable motor vehicle.
<br /> Each Owner shall paE•k in only the garage.
<br /> 5.6 Use of Lot: No Lot sha�l be occupied and used except for residential purposes by
<br /> the Owners, theit• tenants, and social guests, and no trade or b�siness shall be conducted therein, �
<br /> except that Lot� may be used as a combined residence and exec�tive or professionaI of�ice by the
<br /> Owner thereaf, so long as such use complies with all City Iaws and regulations, daes nat
<br /> interfere with the quiet enjoyinent by the other Owners and daes not include visiting clients or
<br /> custo�ners, except that Declarant, it successors o�• assigns, may use any Lot or Lats in the Project
<br /> owned by Declarant fo�• a model-hoine site or sites and display ai�d sales of�ce during
<br /> const�uetion and ui��il the last Lot is sold by Declarant, o�� until three (3} years fro�n the date of
<br /> closing of �l�e first sale in the Project, whichever occurs �'iest. No tent, shacic, trailer, basement,
<br /> gara�e, outbuiIding, or stracture af a tetnpora�y character shall be used at any time as a
