Witf� this security, the form of which shall be subject to City's prior <br /> approval, the Owner assures faiti�ful performanc� under this agreement. The amour�t of <br /> said security shall be Four Hundred Thir�y Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixfy and <br /> No1100 Dollars {$438,1SOA0). <br /> (2) For Pavment: Security in an amount equaf to or�e hundred percent <br /> {1�0%) af the Es�imafed Total Cost of the Improvemer�ts as required hereir�. With this <br /> security, the form of which sha[I be subject to the City`s prior appro�al, t�e Owner <br /> guarantees paymer�t to the contractors, subcontractors, and �ersons renting �quipment <br /> or f�rnishing labor or materials to them or to the Owr�er. If monumentation is in�olved, <br /> this improvemer�t security shall also g�arantee to the Owner`s engineer or surveyor <br /> paym�nt of the Estimated Total Cost of settir�g manuments, as required �y Government <br /> Cade Section 6�597.
