6.1. Concurrer�tly with the execution of this Agreement, Ow�er sha[i furr�ish City with certificates and copies of information or �eclaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respecf fo e�idence of comm�rcial general liability and automobiie liability insurance co�erage, original endorsemer�ts: a} Precluding cancellatior� or reduction ir� coverage before the expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written notification of cancallation or reductian in coverage by first c�ass mail, postage prepaid; b} Pro�iding that �wner`s insuranee shali apply separately ta each insured against whom claim is ►�r�ade or suit is brought, exeepfi wit� respect �o the limits of the insurer`s liability (cross liabifity endorsements}, c) Namir�g Cify, its Council, corr boards, committees, officers, employees and ager�ts as additional insureds; and d) Providin� thaf Owner's insurance shall be �rimary ir�sura�ce relating fo Cor�tractor's wor�C hereunder with respect to City, its Council, commissions, boards, committees, o�ficers, employees ar�d Agents, ar�d further �roviding that any insurar�ce or self-insurance maintair�ed by City for itse[f, its Council, commissior�s, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents shall not be excess of Cor�tractor's insurance ar�d shalf not be contributory with it. e} Such i�surance shall also specifically insure any contraetual liability assurr�ed by Owner under the terms of this Agreement, incfuding, but not limited to, the pro�isions of Paragraph 1 abo�e. 6. MONUMENTS, All pipes and monuments shown on #he subdi�ision map hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or displaced during car�struction operations shall be repiaced by �wner at the #ime of the fir�al inspection of the Im�ro�emenfs, if any, h�reunder by City. 7. OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE O� IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed that title and ownership of the impro�ed public street, sidewalk, sanifiary sewer lateral in city right-of-way, and the water mains and services to the water meters, cor�structed for the b�nefit of City hereunder by Owner shafl �est absofutely in City upan cample#ion and aceeptance of such Improvements by City. The Homeavuners` Association wi11 own and maintain the onsite utilities, storm drain facilities and pipes to the �earest public storm drainage sysfem, tE�e sewer system to the nearest public sanitary s�w�r system, onsite landscapir�g, the Common Areas, and in the areas �etween the back of sidewalk and the right-of-way line.
