Business License. Consultant will obtain and maintain a City of Redwood City <br /> Business �.icense for the term of the Agreement, as may be amended from time-to-t�me. <br /> �3. Maintenance of Records. Cansultant will maintain complete and accurate <br /> records with respect ta cos�s incurred ur�der this Agreement. All records wili be clearly <br /> identifiabls. Cansultant will allow a representative of City during normal b�siness hours <br /> to examine, audit, and make tra�scripts or copies of records and any other documents <br /> created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant will allow inspection of ail work, data, <br /> documents, proceedings, and actir�ities related ta the Agreement for a period of three <br /> {3) years fror� the date of fir�al payrr�ent under this Agreemertt. <br /> 14. Ownership Of Documents. All work producf prodt�ced by Consultant or its <br /> ager�ts, emplayees, and subcontractors pursuant to this Agreement is the property of <br /> City. In t�e event this Agreement is terminated, all worfc praduct prod�ced by <br /> Consultant or its agents, employees and subc.ontractors pursuant.to.this Agreemer�t will <br /> be delivered to City pursuar�t to the termination clause of this Agreement. Consultant <br /> will have tl�e right to make one (1) copy of the wark produet for Consultant`s records. <br /> �5. Copyri�hts. Consultant agrees that all copy�igh�ts that arise from the Services will <br /> be vested in City and Consultant relinquishes all claims to the copyrights in fa�or of City. <br /> 9 6. Notices.
