A legal description of the Historic Prop�rty is <br /> attached hereto, marked as Exhibi# "A," and is incorporated herein by thfs reference; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 12, 2011, the City Council of the City of Redwood <br /> City decfared and designated the Historic Property as a historic landmark pursuant to <br /> the terms and provisions af Chapfier 4a, Histor�c Preservation of the R�dwoad City <br /> Municipa!
