Bellecci and Associates was <br /> selected based on the firm's prior roadway and streetscape design experience and <br /> proven ability to perform within Caltran's design and budget constraints. Bellecci and <br /> Associates has included Fehr & Peers as a subconsultant for this project and staff <br /> concurrently recommends that Bellecci and Associates perform the design work for the <br /> Middlefield Road Underground Utility District and Streetscape Project.
