Const�ltant wiil notify City thirty (30) days prior to any reduction in any af the insurance coverage required pursuant to this Agreement or any materiaE changes to the respective ir�surar�ce policies. 12. Business License. Consuitant wili obtain and maintain a City of Redwood City Business License for the term of the Agreement, as may be amended fram time-to-time. 13. Maintenance of Records. Consultant will maintain camplete and accurate records wit� respect to costs incurred under this Agreement. All records will be clearly identifiable. Consultant wil! alfow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of records ar�d ar�y other dacuments created pursuant to t�is Agreement. Cons�ltar�t will allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proc�edings, and activities related to the Agreemer�t for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement. 14. Ownership Of Documents. Alf work praduct produced by Consu�tant or its agents, �mployees, and subcor�tractors pursuant to this Agreement is ihe property o# City.
