Should it be determined that disclosure is required, <br /> Consultant or Consul#an�`s affectec� employees, agents, or subcontractors wifl complete <br /> and file with the City Clerk those schedules specified by City and contained in the <br /> Statemer�t of Economic Interes�s Form 700. <br /> Car�sultant, for Consultant and an behalf of Cor�sultant's agents, employees, <br /> subcontractors ar�d consultants warrants that by execution of this Agreement, that they <br /> have no interest, �resent or contemplated, in the projects affected by this Agreement. <br /> Consultant further warrants thaf neither Consultant, nor Co�sultant's agents, <br /> employees, subcontr'aetors and consultants ha�e any ar�cillary rea[ pro�erty, business <br /> interests or income that will be affected by this Agreement or, alterr�atively, that <br /> Consultant will file with City ar� affida�it disclosing this interest. <br /> 18. Gen�ral Compliance with Laws. Consultant will keep fuliy informed of federal, <br /> state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner aff�ct �hose <br /> employed by Consultant, or in any way affect the performance of t�e Services by <br /> Corisultar�t. Consultan� wil{ at ail times observe and comply witii tiiese laws, <br /> ordinances, and regufations a�d wifl be responsible for the compfiance of Cor�sultant's <br /> Services with all applicab�e laws, ordinanees and regu[ations. <br /> � 9. Discrimination and Harassmen� Prohibited. Consultant will comply with all <br /> applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination and <br /> harassment. <br /> 2Q. Termination. In the event of the Consultant's failure to prosecute, deliver, or <br /> perform the Services, City may terminate this Agreement for nonperformance by <br /> noti�ying Consultant ir� writing purs�ant to the notice pro�ision� o�Fthis Agreement. <br /> If City decides to a�andan or postpo�e �he work or services contemplated �y this <br /> Agreement, City may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Consultant <br /> pursuan� to the notice pro�isions of tE�is Agreement.
