�� ,. • � WHK:yr.12/3/65-7 <br /> �� , <br /> RESOLUTION NO, y�g5/ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br /> OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF Tf� CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY--CIRO-AUGUSTIN SUBDIVISIO23 <br /> Wf�REAS, the owners of the below descri.bed property have, <br /> in accordance�with,Chapter 30 of the Code of the'City of Redwood <br /> City and the Map Act of the State of California, filed a tenta- <br /> tive map which would provide�for the subdividing of the herein- <br /> after described property into nine lots; and <br /> Wf� REAS, pursuant to Section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> of Redwood City, the Planning Commission has received and recom- <br /> mended approval of the application of the owners of the below <br /> described property for exceptions to the provision of Chapter 30 <br /> of the Code of the Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br /> of the City of Redwood City, to permit reduction of the required <br /> minimum lot width on the front property line from 50 feet to <br /> approximately 41 feet for Lot 2, 35 feet for Lots 3 and 4, and <br /> 38 feet for Lot 5 and reduction of the required minimum lot depth <br /> from 90 feet to approximately 70 feet for Lot 6, all as shown on <br /> the tentative map dated September 16,.1965; as revised October 19, <br /> 1965, and November 18, 1965; and ' <br /> WI�REAS, the property.Eor which application to subdivide is <br /> made is all that certain real property situate,in the City of <br /> Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Cali£ornia, described <br /> as follows: <br /> That certain property known as the Ciro-Augustin <br /> Subdivision beinq a part of Lot 8 and Lot 7 of the <br /> Oakwood Park Subdivision in the vicinity of Ulmer <br /> Court and oakwood Boulevard East; <br /> and <br /> WI�REAS, said applicants have submitted a map of the proposed <br /> subdivision in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of <br /> �gS� <br />
