�� � � � � � � � -, <br /> the Code of the City of Redwood City, which map has been reviewed <br /> by the Council of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> Wf�REAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> which affect said property; that the exceptions applied for are <br /> necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br /> property rights of petitioners; and that the grantinq of said <br /> exception will not be detrimental to the public welfare or adversely <br /> afPect other property in the neighborhood; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: ' <br /> 1. Pursuant to the terms of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission is hereby authorized <br /> to grant exceptions for the above described property to permit <br /> reduction of the required minimum lot width on the front property <br /> line from 50 feet to approximately 41 feet for Lot 2, 35 feet <br /> for Lots 3 and 4, and 38 £eet for Lot 5 and reduction of the <br /> required minimum lot depth from 90 feet to approximately 70 feet <br /> for Lot 6, all as shown on the tentative map dated September 16, <br /> 1965, as revised October 19, 1965, and November 18, 1965, which <br /> exceptions do not meet the lot design standards specified in <br /> Cliapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. The exceptions herein granted shall be subject to the <br /> following condition: <br /> That all laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, <br /> and/or parts thereoP, other than as directly and expressly <br /> adjusted by the terms of the exception granted, shall be <br /> strictly complied with. <br /> � * * * <br /> -2- . <br />
