The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />in herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />Section 2. That the Precise Plan as revised, which shawl include and <br />incorporate therein by reference the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Checklist, on <br />file and made available at the Department of Planning, Housing, and Economic <br />Development, and in herein b y this reference, is found to be in conformance <br />with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of the Zoning Code of the City of Redwood <br />City. Redwood City (the "City ") has prepared this Addendum pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources es Code Section 21000 et seq.) "CE A" to <br />determine whether minor modifications to the Downtown Medical Campus Precise Plan <br />(the "Kaiser Precise Plan" ) for the "Project" require further environmental review. <br />Section 3. After consideration of the EIR, First Addendum to the EI , and the <br />Second Addendum and Initial Study, on file and made available at the Department of <br />Planning, Housing, and Economic Development, and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, the Planning Commission finds, on the basis of substantial evidence in the <br />light of the whole record, that minor modifications to the Kaiser Precise Plan proposed <br />by the Project do not raise important new issues about the environmental impacts <br />beyond those previously analyzed in the Final Kaiser Perr anente Redwood City <br />Medical Center Master Plan Environmental impact Deport (the "Kaiser Master Plan <br />EIR " ). Furthermore, the June 16, 201 Fehr & Peers Transportation Consultants "Fehr <br />Peers" Technical Memorandum, orandum, attached hereto are E hibit B, concludes that the <br />minor modifications do not create new c irculation impacts is and the transportation <br />impa identified in the Kaiser Ma Plan EIR would be greater than the imparts <br />resulting from implementation of the Project.
