Mixed Use Development - Specific Regulations. Mixed use that 'is ve rtica I ly integrated into one <br />building or horizontally integrated on the same site shall comply with the development <br />standards listed in Tables 53 -2 and 53 -3 as they pertain to Mixed Use, in addition to the <br />standards below. <br />a. Limitations on Use. The nonresidential component of a mixed-use project shall be a use <br />allowed within the applicable zone by Section 53.2 Wse Regulations), subject to the <br />following additional limitations. <br />i.
