Redwood City Mixed Use Corridor District <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br />space shall be arranged to orient toward that entrance as the primary entrance. Signage or <br />ot her means shall be used to di rect persons to w a rd that e ntrance. <br />b. Pedestrian Entrance Frequency. At street frontages, ground - related entrances shall occur at <br />least once every 100 feet, as measured along the front property line. Ground - related <br />entrances include entrances to ground -floor uses, residential units, clusters of residential <br />units, lobbies, or private courtyards. Retail - related uses shall have ground - related entrances <br />that occur at least once every So feet. <br />3. Supplemental Development Standards for the 11 UC -RC Sub - District <br />a. Primary Pedestrian Entrance. P entrances shall be located on a street - fronting fagade <br />or a street - fronting corner. Supplemental entrances ,III be configured to face the creek <br />trail. At parcels fronting Broadway, at least one primary entrance <br />to a ground -floor use shall face Broadway. On corner parcels, the primary entrance may face <br />the street corner of Broadway and a secondary street. Interior space shall be arranged to <br />orient toward that entrance as the primary entrance.
