At street frontages, ground- related entrances shall occur at <br />least once every 100 feet,. as measured along the front property line. Ground- related <br />entrances include entrances to ground -floor uses, residential units, clusters of residential <br />units, lobbies, or private courtyards. Retail- related uses shall have ground - related entrances <br />that occur at least once every 50 feet. <br />c. Entry Statements.
