Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that <br />a. The map, design, and impr verve is of the proposed <br />subdivision are consistent with the City of Redwood <br />City General Plan and the applicable previsions of the <br />North Main Street Precise Plan, the City of Redwood <br />d <br />City Municipal Cede, the City of Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance, and all appli able ubdivisi n <br />improvements requirements; <br />b. The site of the proposed subdivision is physically <br />suited for the type and density of the proposed <br />development; <br />ent; <br />C. The design and proposed improvements are net likely <br />to cause substantial environmental drape, <br />substantially injure fish, wildlife or their habitat, or <br />cause serious public health problems; and <br />d. The design and proposed improvements will net <br />conflict with essential public easements for access <br />through, or use of, property within the proposed <br />subdivision. <br />Section 3. The subject Vesting Tentative Map is hereby approved <br />barred on the Planning Commission's consideration and reliance on the IS /BIND <br />and in accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein and <br />conditioned upon and subject to the Conditions of Approval (Attachment and <br />the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment 3 all attached <br />hereto. <br />Section 4.
