NOVA THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD D CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The above recitals constitute the findings of the Planning <br />Commission in this matter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City <br />Council designate the residence and property located t 1842 Whipple Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California, a Historic Landmark and approve, a Historic Property <br />Preservation Agreement for said property. <br />Section 3.
