Redwood Citv <br /> Deaz Ms. Ekas, <br /> The purpose of this correspondence is to provide an outline of our Affordable Housing Plan (AHP) for <br /> the 132-unit "mapped" project located at 333 Main Street, Redwood City, Califomia (the "ProjecY'). <br /> This AHP includes the following: <br /> I] The Affordable Program By Unit Type and Level of Affordability <br /> II] Government Code 65915: Density Bonus, Ince�tives / Concessions, Pazking <br /> - llI] Ciarifications of Other Compliance Conditions <br /> ❑ Total Unit Count Bv Tvae and Level of Affordabilitv <br /> Owner has elected to submit an AHP for the Project which offers 17 Below Market Rate (BMR) <br /> units in exchange for an increase in density and certain incentives / concessions in accordance with <br /> guidelines established i�.the State's Density Bonus Law, Govemment Code section 65915 (°GC <br /> 65915").
