Deliverable: Due twelve (12) weeks after public meeting <br /> a. 95% Plans using format acceptable for Caltrans Encroachment Permit. Consultant <br /> shall use Caltrans fonts and line types on a City Border. Sidewalks shall be <br /> temporary due to proposed joint trench that will require demolition and <br /> reconstruction of existing sidewalks. Include sidewalks on Middlefield south to <br /> Manzanita (temporary). The proposed list of drawings includes but not limited to: <br /> xii. Cover Sheet <br /> xiii. Typical Sections <br /> xiv. Layout 8� Survey Control <br /> xv. Demolition Plans <br /> xvi. Civil Improvement Plans <br /> xvii. Storm Drain Profiles <br /> xviii. Curb Return Profiles <br /> xix. Civil Details <br /> xx. Traffic Signal Plan <br /> xxi. Traffic Signal Schedule <br /> xxii. Signing & Striping Plan <br /> b. 95% Technical Specifications (CSI Master Specs) <br /> c. 95% Cost Estimate formatted consistent with the intended final Bid form. <br /> Clearing & Grubbing will be lump sum along with earthwork. Submit three (3) <br /> copies to City and twelve (12) copies to Caltrans Encroachment Permit Office <br /> TASK 5: CALTRANS ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Submit comment response matrix to Caltrans for review. <br /> 2. Assume one round of comments from Caltrans reviews due to extensive early <br /> project coordination as part of the Traffic Study phase. <br /> 3. Be advised that Caltrans to distribute 95% plans to all departments to capture all <br /> review comments on the first Caltrans submittal. Since this project is being <br /> processed by Caltrans through the Permits Department, not the Project <br /> Development Group, the extra reports will not be required. <br /> 4. The intersection design assumes no "design exceptions', no additional traffc <br /> analysis is required, no temporary signal or lighting is needed, no traffic signal <br /> interconnect plans are required, no permits for PG&E or Caltrans, and no Traffic <br /> Management Plan and other Project Development Type reporting. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> a. Comment-response Matrix to Caltrans <br /> b. Approved Encroachment Permit from Caltrans <br /> TASK 6: FINAL SUBMITTAL-BID DOCUMENTS <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Complete minor back check comments prior to bidding. <br /> 2.
