Civil Improvement Plans <br /> vi. Storm Drain Profiles <br /> vii. Curb Return Profiles <br /> viii. Civil Details <br /> ix. Traffic Signal Plan <br /> x. Traffic Signal Schedule <br /> xi. Signing 8� Striping Plan <br /> b. 65% Technical Specifications (CSI Master Specs) <br /> c. 65% Cost estimate formatted consistent with the intended final Bid form. Clearing & <br /> Grubbing shall be lump sum along with earthwork. <br /> d. Ten (10) copies of Plans to City for review eight (8) weeks from completion of survey <br /> mapping. <br /> TASK 3: SPRUCE STREET MEETING <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Attend public presentation to Spruce Street neighbors to review project layout. The <br /> presentation shall inform the public of the changes and answer questions regarding <br /> the street closures with rolled curbs for Fire Department. City staff will notice <br /> meeting. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> a. Community meeting three (3) weeks after 65% submittal <br /> b. Presentation board of a 1"=10' Scale Plot of the intersection design with the existing <br /> aerial topography background. Highlight the new curbs and the changes in tra�c <br /> movements <br /> c. Presentation board of Spruce Street photos <br /> TASK 4: 95% SUBMITTAL (CALTRANS 8 CITY SUBMITTAL) <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Revise pians, technical specifications and estimate based on comment from City <br /> and Caltrans assuming only minor geometry changes will be required for the 95% <br /> pians. The drainage plans shall include adjustments to existing inlets based on new <br /> curb return alignment. New trunk lines and storm drain extensions are not required. <br /> 2. City has already completed a thorough preliminary design phase that included <br /> detailed tra�c study with extensive review that received a favorable reaction from <br /> Caltrans staff regarding project parameters and design solution.
