TASK 6—PROPERTY LINE EVALUATION
Consultant will review one or two preliminary title reports for residential parcel on Middlefield Road
collected by City's local research consultant. Bellecci Licensed Land Surveyor will prepare memorandum
of property assessment related to the streetscape cross sections. The properties of interest are the
older properties which do not have sidewalk widening in front of the parcel, For example; 1511 and
1503 Middlefield Road would be candidates depending on availability of preliminary title information.
Based on these preliminary title reports a Licensed Land Surveyor will assess.
TASK 7—COUNTY/CITY COST SHARING RATIO MAP FOR JOINT TRENCH
Consultant created two City/County cost sharing ratio exhibits. The first cost sharing exhibit and
measurement was based on length of joint trench in each jurisdiction. Consultant measured the primary
trenches and the known secondary trenches within each jurisdiction and calculated a ratio for cost
sharing. The second cost sharing ratio exhibit was based on centerline length of road, and what percent
of the roadway frontage is owned by each jurisdiction; each block of road was either 100%City or 100%
County or 50%/50%. This approach recognizes that each jurisdiction benefits from the underground
district based on the availability to properties fronting onto the street.
Deliverable:
a.
