2 . Applicant shelf design all storm, sewer, and water facilities in <br />accord with Engineering Standards, Volume Ill, Design Criteria, and shall <br />submit all designs for prior review and approval of the City Engineer. <br />2. Applicant shall ensure that all Electrical/Telephone/TV Services <br />connection facilities are installed underground. <br />2. Applicant shall pay all applicable water and sever capital facilities <br />fees and installation fees, which will be determined by the City, based upon the <br />size and layout of the services to the project. <br />28. Applicant shall pay a Traffic Mitigation Fee based on the schedule <br />set by ordinance, or based on the Traffic Study, 'as determined by the City. <br />29. Applicant shall continue to work with Carltr ns to obtain approval for <br />the applicant to install a new pedestrian crosswalk alb across El Camino Real near <br />the project site, and to relocate the Samtrans bus stop further north if Caltrarns <br />gives its approv <br />32.
