Applicant shall complete the City's "NPDES Permit Compliance <br />Checklist " , and provide for permanent stormwater control measures selected <br />from the City's "Local Source Control Measures list ", as appropriate, subject to <br />approval by the City - Engineer It is recommended that Applicant refer to "Start a <br />Source " , Manual by BABA MA for guidance regarding appropriate stormwater <br />treatment measures. <br />18. Permits within the sidewalk area along the property frontage are <br />issued by Redwood City based on the current agreement the City has with <br />Caltr n . Proposed work within the roadway is reviewed by Caltrans, and will <br />require a separate permit from the State of California. Caltran , at o 572- <br />8669). <br />19. For site's greater than one acre, the applicant shall file an NO] and <br />submit permit documentation through the State of California's SMARTS system, <br />consistent with California S VPPP requirements as described in the State's <br />Construction General Permit 2010-0014 DV. <br />20. Plans shall be designed to meet the C8 requirements of the <br />Municipal Regional Permit (M RP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008 <br />21. Applicant shall repair and/or remove and replace all streets, <br />sidewalks, and curbs & gutters in need of repair within and bordering the project <br />in accordance with the City's adopted Engineering Standards adopted December <br />4 2006 resolution No. 14780. Photographs or video of before conditions are <br />strongly recommended. <br />22. Applicant shall perform any and all grading in accordance with <br />V olume ill, Part II of the City's Engineering Standards (desiqn/Part . Soil or <br />other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in the public right -of -moray. <br />28. Applicant shall implement Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br />Program Best Management Practices (BMPs) for construction to protect grater <br />quality, in accordance with the approved St rmwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into project <br />plans. <br />2.
