Applicant shall submit an engineering analysis to the City's Engineering Division, demonstrating the net impact from connection to any existing water, severer, and storm drainage lines, which analysis is subject to prior review and approval by the Engineering Division. 14. Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Construction Improvement Permit from City Engineering for work in the City public right-of-way, easements or property in which the City holds an interest, including driveway, y, sidewalb , water service and connections, severer connections, suer cleanouts, curb drains, storm drain connections, PG&E/Telephone/TV services, prior to commencing any such work. 15. Applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading Permit from City Engineering prior to any grading when the total grading for the Project will exceed 50 cubic yards. 16.
