California Department of Public Health - Special Terms and Conditions Exhibit D(F) <br /> 24. Officials Not to Benefit <br /> No members of or delegate of Congress or the State Legislature shall be admitted to any share or part of this <br /> Agreement, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom. This provision shallnot be construed to extend to this <br /> Agreement if made with a corporation for its general benefits. <br /> 25. Four-Digit Date Compliance <br /> (Applicable to agreements in which Information Technology QT) services are provided to CDPH or if IT <br /> equipment is procured.) <br /> Contractor wanants that it will provide only Four-Uigit Date Compliant (as defined below) Deliverables and/or <br /> services to the State. "Four Digit Date complianY' Ueliverables and services can accurately process, calculate, <br /> compare, and sequence date data, including without limitation date data arising out of or relating to leap years <br /> and changes in centuries. This warranty ard representation is subject to the warranty terms and conditions of <br /> this Contract and does not limit the generality of warranty obligations set forth elsewhere herein. <br /> 26. Prohibited Use af State Funds for Software <br /> (Applicable to agreements ir �vhich computer softv✓are is used in pertormance of the work } <br /> Contractor certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be <br /> used in the pertormance of this Agreement for the acquisition, operation or maintenance of computer software <br /> in violation of copyright laws. <br /> 27. Use of Small, Minority Owned and Wornen's Businesses <br /> (Applicabl= to that portion of an aareement that is fe�erally funded and entered into with institutions of higher <br /> education, hospitals, nenp;ofit organiza:ions or commercialbusinesses.) <br /> Positive efforts shsli h� i�3de ?o use small bucinesses, minority-owned firrrs a;io women's business <br /> en?erprises, whenever to:;so;e (i.e., procurement of good; and/or services). Alien Ineligibility Certification <br /> (Applicable to sole proprietors entering federally funded agreements.) <br /> By signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies that lie/she is not an alien that is ineligible for state and <br /> local benefits, as defined in Subtitle B of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act.
