Officials Not to Benefit No members of or delegate of Congress or the State Legislature shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom. Prohibited Use af State Funds for Software (Applicable to agreements ir �vhich computer softv✓are is used in pertormance of the work } Contractor certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the pertormance of this Agreement for the acquisition, operation or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws. 27.
