22. Stormw ter Pollution Prevention Program Best Management <br />Practices (B MPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, <br />in accordance with the approved Stormwarter Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into project <br />plans. <br />23. Prior to the issuance of a Construction Permit the applicant shall <br />post Performance and Labor & Materials Bonds for all improvements to be <br />dedicated to the city. <br />24. All electrical, telephone, and television services shall be installed <br />underground. <br />25. Streets, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters that are determined to be <br />damaged during construction by the city Engineer shall be repaired and/or <br />removed and replaced in accordance with city standards. Photographs or video <br />of before conditions are strongly recommended. <br />26. Abandoned driveways shall be removed and replaced with <br />sidewalk, curb & gutter in ac cordance with city's Engineering Standards. <br />27. New driveway approaches shall be installed in accordance with the <br />City's Engineering Standards. <br />28. Newly planted street trees shall be irrigated and maintained by <br />applicant. <br />29. All storm, sewer, and water facilities shall be designed in <br />accordance with Engineering Standards, Volume Ill, Design Criteria. <br />30. eater and severer capital facilities fees are $960 per dwelling unit, <br />and wastewater treatment capacity fees are $1,423.80 per dwelling unit. These <br />fees shall be due prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. <br />31. Applicant shall install the sanitary sewer connection in accordance <br />with Detail S-1 city's Engineering Standards, V olume 11, Standard Details. <br />32. If the project site is served by ar sewer rain &" or less in diameter, <br />then a new severer main of 8 7' minimum diameter shall be extended from the <br />nearest point of connection. If the severer connection is made can Arguello Street, <br />the 6 main will require upgrading. If the sewer connection is d on Bradford <br />Street, then 12 main will be sufficient. <br />33. A eater Capacity charge (Ordinance No. 2299) shall be due prior <br />to the issuance of a Building Permit.
