6.3.A. - Page 13 <br /> 49.4 Use Permits, Variances and Planned Development Permits. <br /> A. For public hearings before the Zoning Administrator on use permits, <br /> variances, Planned Development Permits and any amendment, modification <br /> or revocation of such permits, notice shall be mailed and provided in <br /> accordance with Government Code Section 65091. <br /> B.
