Preparing Construction Documents to include the following at a <br /> minimum: <br /> C 1 Cover Sheet Project Locations and I ndex Plan <br /> C2 Preliminary Plan & Profiles <br /> C3 Preliminary Grading & Utility Relocation Plan <br /> C4 Typical Sections & Details <br /> Preliminary - Structural Drawings <br /> Preliminary - Electrical Relocations Plans <br /> g. Responding to one round of plan check comments per submittal, and <br /> internal Q/C comments as required. <br /> Deliverables will consist of 2(two) sets of full size 30% plans, an electronic copy <br /> in PDF format, and a Preliminary Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction <br /> Cost for the project. <br /> Task 3c. Prepare 90% & 100% Construction Documents (Plans & Specs.) <br /> CONSULTANT will prepare 90% & 100% Construction Documents, including <br /> plans and specification related to grading, street improvement plans and utility <br /> plans, as required by the City of Redwood City as part of the concrete box culvert <br /> relocation requirements including grading and modifications to the street right-of- <br /> way improvements and modifications to utilities to facilitate the proposed new <br /> culvert alignment. CONSULTANT will show and document existing utilities to <br /> remain and those that will need to be relocated and their impact to the proposed <br /> new culvert alignment. In addition, CONSULTANT will provide civil engineering <br /> consultation with the City regarding review and revisions associated with the <br /> 90% and 100% Bid documents. <br /> These 90% plans will be ready for final reviews based on a design consensus <br /> with City staff during the review of the 30% submittal. Specific tasks to be <br /> performed during this phase will include at a minimum: <br /> • Incorporating comments from City. <br /> • Finalizing street improvement, grading design and detail preparation. <br /> • Finalizing storm drainage detail design. <br /> • Preparation of specification package. <br /> • Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost and drawing submittal <br /> • Project administration and quality control review. <br /> • Responding to one round of plan check comments per submittal, and <br /> internal Q/C comments as required. <br /> Deliverables will consist of 2(two) sets of full size 90% plan sets and <br /> specification package with supporting documents and an electronic copy in PDF <br /> format. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2011.140/DESIGN AGREEMENT BKF <br /> REV:12/22/11 <br /> Page 12 of 17 <br />
