6.1.B. - Page 15 <br /> Construction Documents will include the following drawings at a minimum: <br /> C 1 Cover Sheet Project Locations and I ndex Plan <br /> C2 General Notes, Abbreviations, Symbols <br /> C3 Plan & Profiles <br /> C4 Grading Plan <br /> C5 Utility Relocation Plans and Sections <br /> C6 Typical Sections & Details <br /> C7 & C8 Miscellaneous Details <br /> 3 sheets - Structural Drawings and Details and Cross sections <br /> 3 sheets - Electrical Plans and Details <br /> 100% Bid/Construction Issue Documents: Any changes that are identified in the 90% <br /> review will be incorporated in the plans to produce the bid set of construction <br /> documents. CONSULTANT will produce Plans, Specifications, and Bid packages for <br /> bid. Minor revisions will be included in the Construction Issue Document package. <br /> Specific tasks to be performed during this phase will include: <br /> • Incorporating comments <br /> • Incorporating electrical, PG&E, communication lines & design information <br /> onto plans <br /> • Design and bid package preparation and submittal <br /> • Construction issue package preparation and submittal <br /> • Reviews and project management <br /> Deliverables will consist of one signed set of reproducible plans and <br /> specifications ready to bid and construct. <br /> Task 3d. Meetings and Coordination: <br /> During the Engineering Phase associated with the preparation of the 30%, 90% <br /> 100% Construction Document phase, CONSULTANT shall attend up to 9(nine) <br /> team meetings with engineering staff to review the progress and complete <br /> Construction Documents. <br /> These meetings are tentatively outlined as follows (the type of ineeting may be <br /> modified as needed): <br /> • Kick-off ineeting with City 30% Design <br /> • Submittal meeting with City 30% Design <br /> • Design Criteria meeting w/City <br /> • Utility relocations meetings with PG&E & AT&T, etc. (3 meetings) <br /> • Submittal meeting with City 90% Design <br /> • Submittal meeting with City100% Design <br /> • Final Bid Document coordination meeting with City <br /> Task 3e.
