Mayor Gasparini presented a plaque to sergeant Wilkins for his leadership <br />and organization of"Silent Night". Sergeant Wilkins introduced his family. He <br />described the "Silent Night" program and introduced his fellow officers whose <br />presence and participation were vital to ensuring a "Silent Night".
