New potholing or survey is not <br /> included as 4t is nc�t warranted for the seisrnic upgrade work; but if deemed rrecessary <br /> for other purposes as may be required by R�dwaod Gity, then the additional surv�y <br /> work sF�all be negotiated or shall be pravided by Redwood City. <br /> Consultant shall submit a 25% submittal which will include cor�ceptual design sketches <br /> for the seismic upgrades. RVIfC wili p�o�ide camments within 1 week of submittal. <br /> Cansuitant shall then develop a 5�°/Q review set of drawings for the seismic upgrades <br /> and an outline of the construction specifications for submittal to Redwood City.
