This reflects that a recent <br /> modificatian ta fhis pipe put it over BDPL 3, resul�ing in an inverted siphan that <br /> limits access to the water in the fower part af the Carson reservoir. The new pipe <br /> �lignment will be at a gr�de lin� ta allow for �ccess to all water in the � <br /> via gravity flow. <br /> During the course vf �he design effort, Consultant �xpect to be in�ormed as ta whether <br /> }�ortions (ar all} of this wark is co-funded by grants from FEMA. In order to ensure <br /> correct bovk-keeping for FEMA purpos�s, all cnsts associated with Task 3 will be <br /> tracked �eparate�y. <br /> Required Submitals: <br /> �5%a and 50°/a Design Submittal and Review <br /> The final engin�ering and desi�n wil[ be performed to meet the intent af the ACI 318 <br /> and ACI 359 codes, complemented by IBC 2009, ALA {2QU5) and other industry <br /> documents as �ppr�priate. Seisrnic res�onse modification factors sharl be no higher <br /> #han allowed by code for new construction, or lower if exist�ng detailing does not prouide <br /> suitable duc#ility to meet th� intended perFormance. <br /> Consultant shall submit #inal structural calculations, stamped and wet signed by a <br /> California Prafessional Engineer (Mr. Eidinger or Qr.
