PUBLIC COMMENT AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Brian Buntr, representing the Young Dreamer Network, said they are a nonprofit <br /> organization that works to promote community involvement and awareness. They have <br /> worked on an anti-bullying campaign for youth, called "Champions, Not Bullies," and <br /> they recently had a rally at the Fox Theater for middle school students in the area. He <br /> gave each Council Members a green plastic champion bracelet. <br /> M/S Gee/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.
