City staff received comment letters from Caltrans and <br /> a Mel's Bowl customer. <br /> ❑ March 1, 2011: Community Scoping Session- Planning Commission received <br /> public input on the NOP and environmental topics that should be included for <br /> study in the EIR <br /> ❑ November 23, 2010, April 26 and May 24 2011: ARC reviewed and <br /> unanimously recommends PC approval of the architectural design <br /> ❑ Auqust 12, 2011 — October 26, 2011: 75-day Draft EIR public review period <br /> ❑ September 8, 2011: HRAC provided input to the Planning Commission on the <br /> Draft EIR & Cultural Resources Chapter. The Final EIR responds to HRAC input. <br /> ❑ September 13, 2011: Adams, Broadwell, Joseph & Cardoza (ABJC), on behalf of <br /> San Mateo Building & Construction Trades Council, brought to staff's attention <br /> that 2 attachments to Draft EIR Appendix G were missing. These attachments, <br /> missing due to a production error, did not represent new impacts that changed <br /> the analysis/outcomes of the Draft EIR; rather, they are the raw data that support <br /> the conclusions of the Draft EIR's Air Quality Chapter/Appendix G. Nevertheless, <br /> ABJC requested & the City granted a 30-day extension of the Draft EIR's 45 day <br /> public review period to allow ABJC time to review the 2 attachments. <br /> ❑ September 20, 2011, Planning Commission held a public hearing on Draft EIR <br /> ❑ October 26, 2011: 75-day public review period for the Draft EI R ended <br /> ❑ December 2, 2011: Notice of Availability of Final EIR & public hearing notice for <br /> Final EIR, PD & TM mailed, published and posted on City website <br /> Project Description <br /> ❑ Urban Housing Group has applied for a PD Permit & Vesting TM to allow <br /> demolition of all existing structures on the 2.5-acre site to construct a new 141- <br /> unit, transit-oriented, infill residential development: <br /> ❑ Project is consistent with the General Plan & Zoning Ordinance requirements: <br /> o Heiqht: 4 stories at EI Camino and 3 stories at rear yard (4 allowed) <br /> Page 2 of 17 <br />
