Each unit will have one guaranteed parking space (141); the remaining (91) <br /> parking spaces will be either rented, assigned or available as guest parking, <br /> depending on market conditions, and managed by onsite professional property <br /> management. Residential parking will be separated from the guest parking by an <br /> operable lift gate within the parking garage. Thirty five (25) unsecured spaces <br /> outside the gate will be reserved for guests/visitors. Three (30 parking spaces are <br /> located next to the leasing office for prospective residents. <br /> 2. Project is within walking distance of retail shopping facilities including, but not <br /> limited to, the Target Shopping Center, Mi Rancho Grocery Store, convenience <br /> stores, restaurants and other commercial/retail facilities. <br /> 3. The project will promote a ride share program via a tenant web portal to <br /> facilitate carpool matching. <br /> 4. The project will provide for a car sharing vendor (i.e. zip cars) for the tenant <br /> use. <br /> 5. The project will provide storage for 47 bicycles. <br /> 6. The developer is also working with Caltrans to make improvements to the EI <br /> Camino Real pedestrian crossing to improve pedestrian access and connectivity <br /> within the neighborhood and to facilitate access to and support of bus transit. <br /> 7. The project is a six-minute bus ride from the City's downtown district and <br /> Caltrain Station.
