will also be available to provide ongoing communication with the USBR for the length of this <br /> study, the budget assumes a six month USBR review period. <br /> This task includes WBA's internal oversight of the project including: managing WBA staff <br /> assigned to the project, tracking the budget, and monitoring the schedule and progress to ensure <br /> timely completion. <br /> Task A Deliverab[es: <br /> • Administrative Draft Feasibiliry Study Report for City review <br /> • Draft Feasibiliry Study Report for USBR review <br /> • Final Feasibility Study Report <br /> Task B: Disinfection Contact Time Testing <br /> The purpose of this task is to prepaze a plan and conduct the testing needed to measure the modal <br /> contact time of the recycled water disinfection system at the peak production flowrate of 13 mgd. <br /> The City would like to obtain approval from the CDPH for operation of the Redwood City <br /> Recycled Water Facilities at a CT of 450 mg/L-min. Based on the testing conducted in 2008 the <br /> facilities are currently approved to operate at a CT of 575 mg/L-min at a production rate of up to <br /> 12.96 mgd (this is equivalent to the design production capacity). Chemical costs would be <br /> reduced if the CT requirement was changed to 450 mg/L-min. <br /> Task B.l - Develon TesrinQ Protocol <br /> WBA will conduct a conference call with CDPH to review their wncems with the testing <br /> protocol that was used in the 2007 study and to identify the specific testing parameters that they <br /> would like incorporated into the testing protocol. WBA will prepare an administrative draft <br /> protocol incorporating the comments obtained from CDPH. The protoco] wil] include: <br /> • Description of all equipment to be used <br /> • Equipment calibration procedures <br /> • Flow rates to be tested <br /> • Description of dye to be used and anticipated dosing <br /> • Identification of injection point <br /> • Data analysis methods, including percent capture <br /> The administrative draft protocol will be submitted to the City and SBSA (who will be <br /> conducting the testing). Comments will be incorporated into a Final Draft that will be submitted <br /> to CDPH for review and comment. WBA will finalize the testing protocol document based on <br /> comments received from CDPH. <br /> Task B.2 - Disinfection Testin2 <br /> WBA will coordinate with City and SBSA staff to determine the best times to conduct the <br /> testing. WBA will identify the testing equipment needed and will coordinate with the City and <br /> SBSA staff to obtain the equipment.
