This will include all drawings <br /> (likely 3 sheets); technical specifications; cost estimate; draft calculations. This package <br /> is meant to be essentially complete. The City will provide Consultant with comments; <br /> intended to be primarily editorial in nature. <br /> Consultant will then update the contract documents to reflect comments; incorporate <br /> with other items (Tasks 1, 2, 3). Consultant will then issue the 100% contract <br /> documents (drawings and specifications).
