Site plans will be based on available <br /> information shown on available Redwood City drawings. New potholing or survey is not <br /> included as it is not warranted for the seismic upgrade work, but will be included as part <br /> of the bid documents for the contractor to implement. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Tech memo with calculations showing seismically-upgraded tank (with <br /> added external piles) pertormance. <br /> • Drawing list that identifies all proposed Drawings and Specifications to be <br /> delivered. <br /> • Location plan drawings for the tank showing pipeline and (optionally) pile <br /> components are to be upgraded. <br /> • Drawings (11 x17) showing details (50% complete). Preliminary <br /> calculations (partial as available). Stamped "not for construction". <br /> • Overall scope of construction work — description and updated cost <br /> estimate. <br /> • Proposed specifications and standards. Redwood City shall supply "boiler <br /> plate" sections of the standard specifications as commonly used for <br /> similar work by Redwood City, from which Consultant shall modify as <br /> needed for this project.
