Expanded Original Tasks 1,2,3 and 7 -As-Needed Supports <br /> During the course of ongoing work, Redwood City requested that G&E modify its <br /> services from its original assumptions as follows: <br /> • Task 1,2 and 3 - Issued 6 bid packages instead of the original 3 bid packages, <br /> pertormed Carson Reservoir dive, and added additional design work. <br /> • Task 7 —Assisted with responding to FEMA for Grant Application Approval. <br /> Expanded Original Task 6 -Services During Construction (As-Needed) <br /> Consultant shall assist Redwood City in pertorming the following engineering services <br /> requested during the construction phase. For each work package, as requested, <br /> Consultant will perform the following. The level of Consultant's effort for each bid <br /> package will depend on how the construction work progresses, and may include: <br /> • Attend and participate in the pre-construction meeting for the work <br /> designed in the scope of work of this Task Order. <br /> • Review Contractor shop drawing submittals. This scope shall include <br /> review of original submittals, and review of re-submittals. <br /> • Respond to request for information of the Contract Documents. <br /> • Issue Drawing Clarifications, as requested by Redwood City, to clarify the <br /> intent of the designs. <br /> • Visit the project site as requested by Redwood City, to provide assistance <br /> to Redwood City's inspectors and respond to questions in the field. <br /> • Review and make recommendations on change order proposals. <br /> • For each package, prepare D size (24x36) record drawings for Redwood <br /> City files. Modify Consultant-originated drawing files to reflect actual <br /> construction conditions, based on available information. Drawings shall be <br /> prepared based on mark-ups of drawings maintained by the Contractor <br /> and/or Redwood City's inspectors during construction. <br /> Consultant's scope does not include inspection of construction. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • For each bid package, record drawings, one (1) full size, 24" x 36" plots <br /> and tracings including electronic files for all drawings. <br /> • Log of all field changes handled by the Consultant, including Requests for <br /> Information, Contact Document Clarification, and other field <br /> correspondence. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.1 G&E ENGINEERING <br /> REV:03-21-14 VR <br /> Page 70 of 13 <br />
