(Consultant) <br /> RATE SCHEDULE 2014 <br /> Effective through December 31, 2014 <br /> Engineering Rate Schedule (Regular and Overtime Hours) <br /> Principal $230.72 <br /> Senior Technical Specialist $203.94 <br /> Technical Specialist $182.31 <br /> Senior Engineer $160.68 <br /> Engineer $139.05 <br /> Drafter $128.75 <br /> Administrative $63.86 <br /> Labor costs include salary, fringes, overhead, general and administrative, and profit. <br /> Labor costs are valid through December 31, 2014, and increase by 3% for the finrelve <br /> months following. Rates for subsequent calendar years are subject to annual changes. <br /> Reimbursable Expenses <br /> a. Mileage standard IRS rate per mile within the San Francisco Bay Area <br /> b. Expenses of travel, subsistence and communications outside of the San Francisco <br /> Bay Area, in connection with the Project. Air travel will be by coach rates. <br /> c. Expense of the reproduction and messenger delivery of project work and other <br /> documents. <br /> d. Expense of outside services including sub-consultants, mock-ups, models, special <br /> drafting, display renderings, graphic art work, and photographic work at cost plus <br /> 10%. <br /> e. Expense of special supplies and materials. Color print media shall be charged at <br /> $0.75 per sheet (A size) or $1.50 per sheet (B size) or $1.50 per square foot for <br /> large format sizes (D or E size). Large format (D or E size) black and white drawings <br /> shall be charged at$1.00 per square foot. <br /> Payment <br /> Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis.
